Pick up your card
You'll receive your stamp card directly on site at the front desk of any location, with no registration required.

Frequently asked questions
How quickly can we reach 9 stamps in Rostock?
In Rostock, you can play five escape rooms, already filling more than half of your stamp card. You can collect the remaining four stamps at another location, for example in Lübeck or Berlin. All stamps go on the same card.
Can I also collect stamps outside of Rostock?
Yes. The stamp card is valid at all Final Escape locations in Germany. Whether in Rostock or another city: all stamps go on the same card.
Where can I get the stamp card?
You’ll get it for free with your first game, right here with us in Rostock. The card never expires.
Does every person in the team get their own card?
Yes. Every person receives their own stamp card during their first game. For every escape room played, the team gets one stamp, and you decide whose card it goes on.
Can I have stamps added later?
Yes. If you forgot your stamp, we will be happy to add it later. Just bring your booking details or booking confirmation with you.
Do I have to redeem the reward immediately?
No. The stamp card has several reward levels (see above), and you can redeem each of them during a later visit, as the card does not expire. Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Do events and special formats count too?
No. Stamps are only available for regular escape room games. Events and special formats do not count toward the stamp card.
What happens if I lose my card?
No problem. We will give you a new card and transfer your previous stamps based on your bookings.
