Where can we celebrate our birthday in an Escape Room in Rostock?
Your birthday party takes place at Final Escape at Warnowufer 60, 18057 Rostock, right by the city harbor. You can reach the city center in just a few minutes on foot. At the harbor and around Kröpeliner Straße, there are plenty of cafés and restaurants where you can keep celebrating before or after the game.
How many guests can come to the birthday party?
In each of our five rooms, up to six guests play together. Online, you can book up to three rooms at the same time—so birthday parties of up to 18 people. For larger groups, send us an enquiry and we’ll suggest a suitable schedule.
From what age is a birthday party at Final Escape suitable?
We recommend our Escape Rooms in Rostock from age 10 with parental supervision. The Magic School and The Magic Lamp are ideal for younger adventurers, while The Executioner has a dark, suspenseful atmosphere. If you’re planning a birthday with kids, we’ll be happy to advise you in advance.
Can we hide a birthday gift in the Escape Room?
By arrangement, we can include a small surprise for the birthday person. Please contact the Rostock team before booking and tell us your idea so we can check whether it fits the room you’ve chosen.
Which Escape Room is suitable for a birthday party?
In Rostock, you can choose from five adventures: become apprentice wizards at the Magic School, face the cursed crew of the Ghost Ship, or uncover a secret deep underground in Operation Bunker. You play all rooms with 2 to 6 people. If you book multiple rooms, each guest group experiences its own scenario—and there’ll be plenty to talk about at the birthday meal afterwards.
Do guests need experience with Escape Rooms?
No, your guests don’t need any prior experience. The Game Master explains all the rules before you start and helps with hints during the 60 minutes if you get stuck. Please also allow an extra 15 minutes before the game starts for check-in.
Are drinks available at the birthday party?
Non-alcoholic drinks are available directly on site. We don’t serve alcohol, and for safety reasons nobody is allowed to play if they’re intoxicated. So it’s best to save the birthday toast for a restaurant at the city harbor.
Can we play the birthday party in English?
Yes, all Escape Rooms and introductions in Rostock are available in German and English. That way, holidaymakers and international friends can fully join in the birthday party too.
Are the escape rooms accessible to all birthday guests?
Unfortunately, our rooms in Rostock are not wheelchair accessible, and some involve climbing or crawling. If guests with physical limitations are joining, please talk to us before booking. We’ll then recommend a suitable room.
Can we give an escape room birthday party as a gift?
Yes—when you give a Final Escape voucher, you’re gifting a shared adventure for the birthday person and their favorite people. You can get the voucher online in the voucher shop, and the birthday person chooses the date later.
