How do we get to the location for our corporate event in Rostock?
Our location is at Warnowufer 60, 18057 Rostock, right on the city harbor and just a few minutes’ walk from the city center. The tram gets you here quickly from all parts of the city, and from the main train station you’ll arrive in about ten minutes. This means teams from Warnemünde or the surrounding area can reach the corporate event with ease.
How many employees is a corporate event at Final Escape Rostock suitable for?
A corporate event with us is possible for 2 to 60 people. In one round, up to 30 people play in parallel across five escape rooms, divided into teams of up to six people. For larger groups, we organize two sessions, with the waiting group spending the time in our lounge.
How does a corporate event in the escape room work and how long does it take?
With one round of play, your corporate event takes about 90 minutes. After a welcome and briefing, you’ll have 60 minutes to escape, followed by a joint debrief with the Game Master. For two sessions, you should plan for around 150 minutes. We’ll work out the exact schedule with you in advance.
What does an escape room as a corporate event bring to our company?
Teamwork becomes immediately noticeable in the escape room. Without communication, clues go unnoticed; with clear coordination, the solution comes together piece by piece. In just one hour, colleagues experience how much they can achieve together, and they take that feeling back to the workplace.
Which escape rooms can we play during our corporate event in Rostock?
In Rostock, five scenarios are available to you: Operation Bunker, The Magic School, The Wonderful Lamp, The Executioner, and The Ghost Ship. For larger groups, each team plays a different adventure, ranging from magical to nerve-wracking, and you can compare your different experiences afterward.
Is a corporate event in English possible for international employees?
Yes, all briefings and escape rooms in Rostock are available in German and English. This makes the corporate event suitable for international teams from the port industry, universities, or tourism as well. Just let us know in your request how many teams would like to play in which language.
What about catering at the corporate event?
Non-alcoholic drinks are available on site, and for your corporate event you can also arrange a drinks package per person in advance. We do not serve alcohol, and for safety reasons no one may play while intoxicated. We don’t offer food, but you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants at the city harbor and around Kröpeliner Straße.
Can all employees take part in the corporate event, even without escape room experience?
Yes, no prior experience is needed. Before the start, the Game Master explains the rules, monitors the game via video, and provides hints if a team gets stuck. Please note: our rooms in Rostock are not wheelchair accessible, and some require climbing or crawling. Let us know about any limitations in advance so we can select suitable rooms for you.
Can the corporate event be adapted to our company?
The escape rooms themselves are fixed productions and are not customized for companies or brands. However, you can flexibly arrange everything around them: we plan the number of participants, date, language, room selection, and drinks package individually with you. On request, we can capture your event with a team photo.
How is the corporate event billed?
Before your corporate event, you’ll receive a pro forma invoice, which is paid in advance. After the event, we’ll send you the final invoice. It’s best to send us your company’s invoicing details along with your request so everything runs smoothly.
