Where does our escape room Christmas party in Rostock take place?
Your Christmas party will take place at Final Escape at Warnowufer 60, 18057 Rostock. The venue is right by the city harbor, just a few minutes’ walk from the city center. After the game, you’ll quickly be at the harbor restaurants or around Kröpeliner Straße to round off your Christmas party together.
When should we book our Christmas party?
It’s best to enquire about your Christmas party as early as autumn. During the Advent season, Thursdays, Fridays and evening slots are especially popular. If you plan early, you’ll have the best choice of dates and times and can invite everyone in good time.
How many people can take part in the Christmas party?
Your escape room Christmas party is possible with 2 to 60 people. Up to 30 people play at the same time in five rooms, each in teams of up to six. For larger groups, we plan two rounds, and the waiting group can spend the time in our lounge.
How can we fit the escape room Christmas party into the evening?
The escape room experience takes around 90 minutes including the welcome, 60 minutes of play and a debrief; with two rounds, around 150 minutes. That’s why many teams start their Christmas party with us in the early evening and then head on to the Rostock Christmas market, one of the largest in northern Germany.
Which escape rooms are a good fit for our Christmas party?
In Rostock, you can choose from five adventures: as apprentice wizards you search for a legendary staff, sneak into the Palace of the Magic Lamp, wake up in the executioner’s dungeon, face the cursed crew of the ghost ship, or uncover a secret deep underground in Operation Bunker. At your Christmas party, each team plays its own scenario—and afterwards you’ll have plenty to talk about.
Can we play the Christmas party in English too?
Yes, all rooms and briefings are available in German and English. That way, international colleagues can join in without a language barrier. When you enquire, just let us know which teams would like to play in which language.
Will there be mulled wine or food at the Christmas party?
We only offer non-alcoholic drinks, optionally as a pre-booked drinks package for everyone. We don’t serve mulled wine or other alcoholic drinks, and nobody is allowed to play under the influence of alcohol. Our tip: start with the escape room, then enjoy mulled wine and food afterwards at the Christmas market in the city center or at a restaurant by the city harbor.
Is the venue accessible?
No, our escape rooms in Rostock are not accessible, and some rooms involve climbing or crawling. If any colleagues have physical limitations, please talk to us in advance. We’ll then choose the rooms for your Christmas party accordingly.
Will colleagues with no escape room experience enjoy the Christmas party too?
Absolutely—no prior experience is needed. Before you start, you’ll get a clear introduction, and the Game Master supports each team via video and helps with hints if you get stuck. A great option for beginners is The Magic School, for example.
Will we receive an invoice for the Christmas party?
Yes, before the Christmas party you’ll receive a pro forma invoice for payment, and after the event the final invoice. It’s best to provide your billing details when you enquire, so the invoicing can be completed before the end of the year.
