Where does our team event in Rostock take place?
Your team event takes place at Final Escape, Warnowufer 60, 18057 Rostock, right at the Stadthafen. You can reach the city center in just a few minutes on foot, and the tram quickly connects us to all parts of the city. This makes the location easily accessible for teams from Warnemünde, the Südstadt, or the surrounding area.
How many people can participate in a team event in Rostock?
In Rostock, you can book a team event for 2 to 60 people. Up to 30 people can play simultaneously in our five escape rooms, in groups of up to six people each. For larger groups, you play in two rounds: one half solves puzzles while the other waits in our lounge with drinks, then you switch. We’ll coordinate the team assignments and schedule with you in advance.
How long does a team event at Final Escape Rostock last?
You should plan for a total of 90 minutes for your team event in Rostock. This includes the welcome, briefing, 60 minutes of game time, and a group debriefing. For two rounds, the duration is approximately 150 minutes.
Which escape rooms are available for a team event in Rostock?

Yes, all escape rooms in Rostock can be played in German or English, and the briefings are also available in both languages. This makes the team event ideal for international teams from the port, university, or tourism sectors. Just let us know which language your teams prefer when you make your request.
Are food and drinks provided at the team event?
Non-alcoholic drinks are available on-site, and can also be booked as a flat-rate drink package per person. We do not serve alcohol, and for safety reasons, no one is allowed in an escape room while intoxicated. We don’t offer food ourselves, but you’ll find many restaurants at the Stadthafen and around Kröpeliner Straße for a meal together after your team event.
Is the location at the Rostock Stadthafen accessible?
No, unfortunately our escape rooms in Rostock are not accessible. Some rooms also require climbing or crawling. Please let us know during your request if any team members have physical limitations, and we will take this into account when selecting the rooms.
Does our team need prior escape room experience?
No, no prior experience is necessary. Your Game Master will explain the rules at the start, monitor you via video during the game, and provide hints if you get stuck on a puzzle. For teams playing for the first time, The School of Magic is a great choice.
Can the team event be customized for our company?
We don’t modify the rooms themselves, as each scenario is a fully staged adventure with fixed puzzles. However, you can customize the group size, time, language, room selection, and drink package. We can also take a team photo at the end upon request.
Will we receive an invoice for our team event?
Yes. Before your team event in Rostock, you will receive a pro-forma invoice for payment, followed by the final invoice after the event. It’s best to provide your billing details directly with your request.
