How do we reach the location for our corporate event in Kiel?
Our location is at Küterstraße 14, 24103 Kiel, directly on Alter Markt in the city center. From the main train station, you can reach us on foot in about ten minutes, and several bus lines stop very close by. Teams from Hamburg can also reach Kiel quickly and easily by train or car.
How many employees is a corporate event at Final Escape Kiel suitable for?
Kiel is our largest location, and corporate events are possible here for 2 to 120 people. In one round, up to 60 people play simultaneously in nine Escape Rooms, usually in teams of 2 to 6 people. In ‘Curse of the Pharaoh’, up to twelve people even puzzle together. For more participants, we plan two rounds, with the waiting group spending their time in our lounge.
How does a corporate event in an Escape Room work and how long does it last?
For one game round, you should plan about 90 minutes. After the welcome and a short briefing, each team plays for 60 minutes, followed by a joint debriefing with the Game Master. For two rounds, you should plan around 150 minutes. We will determine the schedule and team assignments with you in advance.

In the Escape Room, everyone counts: those who share clues, distribute tasks effectively, and remain calm under time pressure will escape. This creates new connections between colleagues who hardly work together in everyday life. And because all teams play in parallel, the event quickly becomes a shared experience for the entire company.
Which Escape Rooms can we play at our corporate event in Kiel?
In Kiel, you have the largest selection with nine scenarios: Prison Break Revolutions, Superhero Saga, Sherlock Holmes, Curse of the Pharaoh, The Nightmare, The Puppeteer, The Executioner, The Ghost Ship, and The School of Magic. For large groups, each team experiences a different adventure, and afterwards you’ll have plenty of stories to share.
Is a corporate event in English possible for international employees?
Yes, all briefings and Escape Rooms in Kiel are available in German and English. This makes the corporate event suitable for international teams, as are common in the maritime industry, at universities, or in research institutions. Please let us know when you inquire how many teams wish to play in which language.
What about catering at the corporate event?
Non-alcoholic drinks are available directly from us; for your corporate event, you can arrange a beverage package per person in advance. We do not serve alcohol, and for safety reasons, no one under the influence of alcohol is allowed to play. We do not offer food, but there are numerous restaurants around Alter Markt and Holstenstraße for dinner afterwards.
Can all employees participate in the corporate event, even without Escape Room experience?
No prior experience is needed. The Game Master explains the rules before the start, monitors the game via video, and helps with clues if you get stuck. Please note: Our rooms in Kiel are not barrier-free, and some require climbing. Please inform us in advance of any limitations, and we will select suitable rooms.
Can the corporate event be customized for our company?
The Escape Rooms are fixed scenarios and are not adapted to companies or brands. However, you determine the framework of your corporate event yourself: we plan the number of participants, date, language, room selection, and beverage package individually with you. Upon request, we can capture the day with a team photo.
How is the corporate event billed?
Before your corporate event, you will receive a proforma invoice, which is paid in advance. After the event, you will receive the final invoice. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please send us your company’s billing details along with your inquiry.
