Where does our Christmas party at the escape room in Kiel take place?
Your Christmas party takes place at Final Escape, Küterstraße 14, 24103 Kiel. The venue is located right at the Alter Markt, about a ten-minute walk from the main station. After the game, you’re right in the city center and can wind down your Christmas party at one of the restaurants around Alter Markt and Holstenstraße.
When should we book our Christmas party?
It’s best to inquire about your Christmas party in the fall. Even though we have our largest selection in Kiel with nine rooms, Thursdays, Fridays, and evening slots in the Advent season book up quickly. Those who plan early get the best choice of dates and can invite all their colleagues in good time.
How many people can take part in the Christmas party?
Your escape room Christmas party is possible with 2 to 120 people. Up to 60 people can play simultaneously in nine rooms, usually in teams of up to six, and in Curse of the Pharaoh even up to twelve. For large groups, we plan two rounds, and the waiting group spends their time in our lounge.
How can we fit the escape room Christmas party into our evening?
The escape room experience, including the welcome, 60 minutes of gameplay, and debriefing, takes about 90 minutes, or around 150 minutes for two rounds. Many teams therefore come to us in the late afternoon and then head on to dinner or the Kiel Christmas Market, which stretches through the city center right near us.
Which escape rooms are suitable for our Christmas party?
In Kiel, you can choose from nine adventures: brave the breakout in Prison Break Revolutions, save the city as superheroes, investigate with Sherlock Holmes, open the pharaoh’s burial chamber, escape a nightmare, flee from the puppeteer and the executioner, set sail on the ghost ship, or search for a magic wand in the magic school. Each team experiences its own story, and there will be plenty to compare over dinner afterwards.
Can we also play in English for our Christmas party?
Yes, all rooms and briefings are available in German and English. This means international colleagues can also join your Christmas party without any language barriers. Just let us know which teams prefer which language when you inquire.
Will there be mulled wine or food at the Christmas party?
We only offer non-alcoholic drinks, available as a pre-booked flat rate if desired. We do not offer mulled wine or other alcoholic beverages, and no one is allowed into an escape room under the influence of alcohol. Our tip: Start the Christmas party with the game and enjoy mulled wine and food afterwards at the Christmas market or in a restaurant in downtown Kiel.
Is the venue for the Christmas party wheelchair accessible?
No, our escape rooms in Kiel are not wheelchair accessible, and some rooms require climbing. If any colleagues have physical limitations, please let us know in advance. We will then select the appropriate rooms for your Christmas party.
Is the Christmas party also fun for colleagues with no escape room experience?
Absolutely, because no prior knowledge is needed. Before you start, there’s an easy-to-understand introduction, and the game master accompanies each team via video, providing tips if you get stuck.
Will we receive an invoice for the Christmas party?
Yes, before your Christmas party you’ll receive a pro forma invoice for payment, followed by the final invoice after the event. It’s best to provide your billing details when you inquire so that the invoicing goes smoothly before the end of the year.
