Where does our team event in Lübeck take place?
Your team event takes place at Final Escape, Schüsselbuden 30, 23552 Lübeck, right in the middle of the old town island near St. Mary’s Church. From the main train station, you can reach us via the Holstentor in about 15 minutes on foot, and several bus lines stop nearby in the old town. This makes it easy for teams from Travemünde or the surrounding area to reach us as well.
How many people can take part in a team event in Lübeck?
In Lübeck, you can book a team event for 2 to 84 people. Up to 42 people can play at the same time in our eight escape rooms, usually in groups of up to six, or up to eight in the Magic Academy. For larger groups, you’ll play in two rounds: while one half solves puzzles, the other half waits in our lounge with drinks, and then you switch. We’ll coordinate team assignments and scheduling with you in advance.
How long does a team event at Final Escape Lübeck last?
Plan for a total of 90 minutes for your team event in Lübeck, including welcome, briefing, 60 minutes of game time, and a joint debrief afterward. For two rounds, the total duration is about 150 minutes. Both parts of the Magic Academy take 90 minutes each, which we’ll factor into the schedule accordingly.

Are there drinks and food at the team event?
You can get non-alcoholic drinks directly from us, or as a pre-booked drinks package per person if you prefer. We don’t serve alcohol, and for safety reasons, no one is allowed to play under the influence. We don’t offer food ourselves, but you’ll find plenty of restaurants in the old town and along the Obertrave for a relaxed end to your team event.
Is the location in Lübeck's old town wheelchair accessible?
No, unfortunately our escape rooms in Lübeck are not wheelchair accessible. Some rooms also involve climbing or crawling. Feel free to let us know when you send your request if any team members have limitations. We’ll take this into account when selecting rooms for your team event.
Does our team need prior experience with escape rooms?
No, no experience is needed for a team event with us. The game master explains all the rules at the start, accompanies you via video, and provides hints if you get stuck. The Hobbit’s Adventures, for example, is a great choice for beginners.
Can the team event be tailored to our company?
We don’t customize the rooms themselves—each scenario is a fully staged adventure. However, you can customize group size, time, language, room selection, and drinks package. On request, we can also take a team photo at the end as a keepsake.
Will we receive an invoice for our team event?
Yes. Before your team event in Lübeck, you’ll receive a pro forma invoice for payment, followed by the final invoice after the event. It’s best to include your billing details directly with your request.
