How do we get to the location for our corporate event in Lübeck?
You’ll find us at Schüsselbuden 30, 23552 Lübeck, right in the middle of the old town island, close to St. Mary’s Church. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the main train station via the Holstentor, and several bus lines stop in the old town close by. This makes it easy for colleagues from Travemünde or the surrounding area to join the corporate event.
How many employees is a corporate event at Final Escape Lübeck suitable for?
We can host corporate events for 2 to 84 people. In one round, up to 42 people can play simultaneously across seven escape rooms, usually in teams of 2 to 6. The two parts of the Magic Academy are played with 4 to 8 people. For larger groups, we schedule two rounds, with the waiting group spending the time in our lounge.
How does a corporate event in the escape room work, and how long does it take?
A game round takes about 90 minutes: welcome, briefing, 60 minutes of gameplay, and a debrief with the Game Master. For two rounds, plan on about 150 minutes. If a team chooses the Magic Academy, the adventure takes 90 minutes. We’ll coordinate the schedule with you in advance accordingly.
What does an escape room as a corporate event bring to our company?
In the escape room, everyone has a role. One person spots the hidden detail, another cracks the code, and only together does the next door open. This interplay strengthens communication and trust within the team and brings together colleagues who rarely cross paths in everyday work.
Which escape rooms can we play during our corporate event in Lübeck?
In Lübeck, you can choose from eight scenarios: The Magic Academy Part 1 and Part 2, The Hobbit’s Adventures, The Secret of the Monks, Robot Paranoia, Prison Break, Operation: Bunker, and Bloody Awakening. For larger groups, each team plays a different adventure, so afterward you can compare very different experiences.
Is a corporate event in English possible for international employees?
Yes, all briefings and escape rooms in Lübeck are available in German and English. This makes the corporate event suitable for international teams as well, such as those from medical technology, universities, or partner companies in the Baltic Sea region. Just let us know in your inquiry how many teams want to play in which language.
What about catering during the corporate event?
On-site, you’ll get non-alcoholic drinks, and you can also arrange a flat-rate drinks package per person for your corporate event in advance. We don’t serve alcohol, and for safety reasons, no one may play while intoxicated. We don’t offer food, but you’ll find plenty of restaurants in the old town and along the Obertrave for a shared meal.
Can all employees take part in the corporate event, even without escape room experience?
Yes, no experience is necessary. Before you start, the Game Master explains all the rules, monitors the game via video, and helps with hints if a team gets stuck. Please note: our rooms in Lübeck are not wheelchair accessible, and some require climbing or crawling. Let us know in your inquiry if anyone has any limitations, and we’ll select suitable rooms.
Can the corporate event be tailored to our company?
Our escape rooms are fixed, staged worlds and are not customized for companies or brands. However, you can flexibly shape the framework of your corporate event: we’ll coordinate the number of participants, date, language, room selection, and drinks package individually with you. A team photo at the end is available on request.
How is the corporate event billed?
Before the corporate event, we’ll issue you a proforma invoice, which must be settled in advance. After the event, you’ll receive the final invoice. The easiest way is to send us your company’s billing details directly with your inquiry.
