Frequently asked questions
Can I collect stamps at different locations?
Yes. The Final Escape stamp card is valid at all Final Escape locations in Germany. You can play in different cities and collect all stamps on the same card.
Where do I get the stamp card?
You’ll receive the stamp card free of charge at your first game in a Final Escape escape room, directly on site. The card is valid indefinitely.
Does each person on the team get their own card?
Yes. Each person receives their own stamp card at their first game. For each escape room played, there is one stamp for the team. You decide whose card it goes on.
Can I have stamps added later?
Yes. If you forgot to get a stamp, we’ll add it later. For that, we need your booking details or your booking confirmation.
Do I have to redeem the reward immediately?
No. The stamp card has several reward levels (see above). You can redeem any reward at any time on a later visit, because the card does not expire. Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Do events and special formats count too?
No. Stamps are only available for regular escape room games at Final Escape. Events and special formats do not count toward the stamp card.
What happens if I lose my card?
That’s no problem. You’ll receive a new stamp card. We’ll transfer your previous stamps to the new card based on your bookings.
