Still have questions?
Can the Christmas party be paid by invoice?
Yes. For payment, you will receive a proforma invoice before the Christmas party. After the event, we will issue the final final invoice.
Are drinks or food available at a Christmas party?
Drinks are available directly on site. By prior arrangement, you can potentially agree on a drink package with one or more drinks per person for your Christmas party. Food is not offered at Final Escape. You can plan a joint meal before or after the escape room at gastronomic establishments in the vicinity.
Can international teams experience the Christmas party in English?
Yes. Introductions and many escape rooms are also available in English. This makes a Christmas party at Final Escape suitable for international companies and multilingual groups. When booking, inquire about which languages are offered for the selected room.
Are alcoholic beverages available at Final Escape?
No. Final Escape does not offer alcoholic beverages. To ensure everyone can safely participate in the experience, playing under the influence of alcohol is also not permitted.
Which groups is an escape room Christmas party suitable for?
An escape room Christmas party is suitable for companies, departments, project teams, and other groups who want to actively shape their year-end together. Solving the puzzles requires communication, coordination, and teamwork. Special prior knowledge or physical abilities are generally not required.
How are participants distributed among the escape rooms?
In most escape rooms, up to six people play together as a team. At some locations, certain rooms are designed for groups of up to eight or twelve people. Larger Christmas parties are distributed among several teams and available rooms.
How is a Christmas party organized for a larger group?
Depending on the group size and location, teams can play in parallel or with different start times. Waiting time can be used for conversations and drinks, provided the spatial possibilities at the location allow it. The Final Escape team will plan the exact schedule with you in advance.
Is escape room experience necessary to participate?
No. Your colleagues can participate in the Christmas party even without prior experience. Before the game, the Game Masters explain the process and the most important rules. If a team needs support during the adventure, they receive appropriate hints.
Can the escape room be customized for Christmas or our company?
No. Stories, puzzles, and settings are firmly designed as complete adventures and cannot be individually adapted to companies, brands, or a Christmas theme. This means you can start your shared experience directly without additional preparation.
