Do companies receive an invoice for their corporate event?
Yes. Before your corporate event, we will issue a pro forma invoice for payment. After the appointment, you will receive the final invoice for the event.
Can drinks or catering be booked for a corporate event?
You can buy drinks directly on site. By prior arrangement, a drinks package with one or more drinks per person is also possible for your corporate event. We do not offer food. For a shared meal before or after the escape room, you can use nearby dining options.
Is a corporate event at Final Escape also possible in English?
Yes. The briefing and most escape rooms are also available in English. This makes a corporate event at Final Escape suitable for international companies and multilingual teams as well. When booking, check which languages the desired escape room can be played in.
Are alcoholic drinks served at Final Escape?
No. No alcoholic drinks are offered at Final Escape locations. For safety reasons, people are also not allowed to take part in an escape room while intoxicated.
What types of companies is an escape room suitable for as a corporate event?
A corporate event in an escape room is a great fit for companies, departments, and project teams of different age groups. Solving the tasks together requires communication, coordination, and collaboration. Prior experience or special physical requirements are generally not necessary.
How many people play together in one escape room at a corporate event?
In most escape rooms, a team consists of up to six people. At some locations, certain rooms can also be played with groups of up to eight or twelve people. For larger corporate events, participants are split into multiple teams and escape rooms.
How does a corporate event work with a large group?
Depending on the group size, individual teams can start at staggered times. While some colleagues play their escape room, the rest of the group can wait in the lounge, chat, and enjoy drinks. We’ll coordinate the exact schedule with you before your corporate event.
Do participants need experience with escape rooms?
No. You can take part in a corporate event at Final Escape even without prior escape-room experience. Before you start, the team will explain the process and the most important rules. If you need support during the game, the Game Master team can give you hints.
Can the escape rooms be customized to our company or our corporate event?
No. The story, sets, and puzzles of the escape rooms are designed as a complete, fixed experience. This means you can jump straight into the adventure without any extra preparation. Individual customizations for companies, brands, or specific event themes are not available.
