Still Have Questions?
Where does the school trip in Flensburg take place and how do we get there?
The school trip takes place at Final Escape at Süderhofenden 14, 24937 Flensburg, right by the central bus station. Classes from the city and surrounding area can easily reach us by bus, and it’s about a 15-minute walk from the train station. For class trips, the escape room pairs nicely with the Phänomenta, the Maritime Museum, or a walk along the Hafenspitze.
From what age is a school trip to the escape room suitable?
We recommend the school trip to Final Escape from age 10, so roughly from 5th grade onwards. For children under 12, an adult must accompany them in the room. When planning, we’re happy to advise which rooms suit the age and class.
How many students can take part in the school trip?
Up to 24 students can play at the same time across our four escape rooms, split into teams of up to six people. Across two consecutive rounds, up to 48 students are possible, meaning two classes can take part at once.
How much does a school trip at Final Escape Flensburg cost?
A school trip costs €19 per student and teacher. This is well below the regular ticket price and fits nicely into a class budget.
When can school classes book a school trip?
We offer school trips Monday to Friday until 1 PM. This makes it easy to fit the trip into a school morning or project day.
How long does the school trip last?
With check-in 15 minutes before the game starts, a briefing, 60 minutes of playing time, and a shared wrap-up, plan for about 90 minutes in total. For two rounds, the school trip takes around 150 minutes. We’ll go over the schedule with you in advance.
Who supervises the students during the school trip?
Throughout the visit, the duty of supervision remains with the accompanying teachers. Our Game Masters keep an eye on every team via video and give hints when needed. Teachers can either join in and play themselves or look after waiting groups in our lounge.
What do students learn on a school trip to the escape room?
In the escape room, only teamwork gets you through. Students combine clues, discuss solutions, and divide tasks as the clock runs down. This builds team spirit, logical thinking, and communication, and every child can contribute to success with their own strengths.
Can the school trip take place in English?
Yes, all briefings and escape rooms in Flensburg are also available in English. This works well for international classes, bilingual schools, or as a fun addition to English lessons. Schools from the Danish minority community are also very welcome with us. Just let us know your preferred language when you make your request.
Is the school trip accessible for all students?
Our escape rooms in Flensburg are not wheelchair accessible, and some rooms involve climbing or crawling. If students with physical limitations are taking part, please let us know in advance. We’ll plan the room assignments so everyone can join in.
How do we request a school trip for our class?
Send us a no-obligation inquiry using the form on this page, including your preferred date and the number of students. We’ll get back to you with a suitable offer. You can also reach us by email at event@final-escape.de or by phone at 030 200033050 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM).
