Where does our Escape Room Christmas party in Flensburg take place?
Your Christmas party will take place at Final Escape at Süderhofenden 14, 24937 Flensburg. The location is centrally located at the ZOB (central bus station), just a few minutes’ walk from Südermarkt and Hafenspitze. After the game, you can reach the city center’s restaurants quickly and let the Christmas party wind down there together.
When should we book our Christmas party?
It’s best to inquire about your Christmas party in autumn. With four Escape Rooms, our dates during the Advent season are limited, especially on Thursdays, Fridays, and evenings. Those who plan early have a free choice of date and time and can invite the entire team in good time.
How many people can participate in the Christmas party?
Your Escape Room Christmas party is possible with 2 to 48 people. Up to 24 people play simultaneously in four rooms, each in teams of up to six people. For larger groups, we plan two rounds, and those not currently playing wait in our lounge.
How can the Escape Room Christmas party be integrated into the evening?
With a welcome, 60 minutes of playtime, and a debriefing, the experience lasts around 90 minutes; with two rounds, it’s about 150 minutes. Many teams therefore start their Christmas party with us in the late afternoon and then go for dinner or to the Christmas market around Südermarkt and Holm.
Which Escape Rooms are suitable for our Christmas party?
In Flensburg, you have a choice of four adventures: You search for the pirates’ treasure, sneak into the palace of the magic lamp, follow the mysterious traces of the DaVinci Code, or uncover a secret deep underground in Operation: Bunker. For your Christmas party, each team plays its own scenario, and afterwards, you’ll have plenty to talk about.
Can we play the Christmas party in English?
Yes, all rooms and briefings are available in German and English. Especially in the border region, Danish and international colleagues can easily join in. Simply specify which teams prefer which language when making your inquiry.
Is mulled wine or food available at the Christmas party?
We only offer non-alcoholic beverages, optionally as a beverage package for all participants. We do not have mulled wine or other alcoholic drinks, and no one is allowed to play while intoxicated. Our tip: Start with the Escape Room and then enjoy mulled wine and food at the Flensburg Christmas market or in a restaurant at the Hafenspitze.
Is the location for the Christmas party barrier-free?
No, our Escape Rooms in Flensburg are not barrier-free, and in some rooms, climbing or crawling is required. Please contact us in advance if colleagues have physical limitations. We will then plan the room selection for your Christmas party accordingly.
Will colleagues without Escape Room experience also enjoy the Christmas party?
Absolutely, because no prior knowledge is needed. Before the game, the Game Master explains everything important, accompanies each team via video, and helps with tips if you get stuck. ‘Pirate’s Treasure’ is particularly suitable for beginners, while ‘DaVinci Code’ challenges experienced teams.
Do we receive an invoice for the Christmas party?
Yes, before the Christmas party, you will receive a proforma invoice for payment, and after the event, the final invoice. It’s best to send us the invoice details with your inquiry so that billing can be completed before the end of the year.
