How do we reach the location for our company event in Flensburg?
You can find us at Süderhofenden 14, 24937 Flensburg, directly at the ZOB (central bus station) and just a few minutes’ walk from the harbor tip. You can reach us by bus from all parts of the city almost to our doorstep, and it’s about a 15-minute walk from the train station. This makes getting to the company event easy for everyone.
How many employees is a company event at Final Escape Flensburg suitable for?
Company events are possible for 2 to 48 people. In one round, up to 24 people play simultaneously in our four Escape Rooms, divided into teams of a maximum of six people. If you come with more people, we organize two rounds, and the second group can relax in our lounge.
How does an Escape Room company event work and how long does it last?
One game round lasts a total of about 90 minutes: welcome, short briefing, 60 minutes in the Escape Room, and a debriefing with the Game Master. With two rounds, you should expect about 150 minutes. We will determine the exact schedule and team assignments together in advance.
What benefits does an Escape Room as a company event offer our company?
An Escape Room only works as a team. Everyone discovers different clues, and only together do you find the solution. This quickly reveals who keeps an overview, who thinks outside the box, and who motivates the others. This sustainably strengthens cohesion and provides plenty of talking points in the office even after the event.
Which Escape Rooms can we play at our company event in Flensburg?
In Flensburg, four scenarios are available to you: Operation: Bunker, Treasure of the Pirates, The Magic Lamp, and DaVinci Code. For larger groups, each team plays a different room, so you can exchange experiences afterwards.
Is a company event in English possible for international employees?
Yes, all briefings and Escape Rooms in Flensburg can be played in German and English. Especially in the border region with many Danish and international colleagues, this is a great advantage. Please indicate in your inquiry how many teams would like to play in which language.
What about catering at the company event?
Non-alcoholic beverages are available on site, and you can book a beverage package per person in advance for your company event. We do not serve alcohol, and for safety reasons, no one under the influence of alcohol is allowed to play. We do not offer food, but you will find many restaurants around the harbor tip and the old town for a meal together afterwards.
Can all employees participate in the company event, even without Escape Room experience?
Yes, everyone can play. The Game Master explains the rules beforehand, observes the game via video, and gives hints if a team gets stuck. Please note: Our rooms in Flensburg are not barrier-free, and in some, climbing or crawling is required. Please inform us of any restrictions in your inquiry, and we will find suitable rooms.
Can the company event be customized for our company?
The Escape Rooms themselves remain unchanged in their staging and are not adapted to companies or brands. However, you can individually design everything around the game: we will coordinate the number of participants, date, language, room selection, and beverage package with you. Upon request, a team photo is available as a souvenir at the end.
How is the company event billed?
Before the event, you will receive a proforma invoice, which must be paid in advance. The final invoice will follow after the company event. Please send us your company’s billing details directly with your inquiry.
