Where does our team event in Berlin take place?
Your team event takes place at Final Escape at Prenzlauer Allee 23, 10405 Berlin, in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. We are just three tram stops away from Alexanderplatz or about a 15-minute walk. This makes the location quick and easy to reach for teams from Mitte, Friedrichshain, or Pankow.
How many people can participate in a team event in Berlin?
In Berlin, you can book a team event for 2 to 70 people. Up to 35 people can play simultaneously in our six escape rooms, in groups of up to six people each. For larger groups, you play in two rounds: while one half solves puzzles, the other waits in our lounge with drinks, and then you switch. We will coordinate the team assignments and schedule with you in advance.
How long does a team event at Final Escape Berlin last?
Plan a total of 90 minutes for your team event in Berlin. This includes the welcome, briefing, 60 minutes of playtime in the escape room, and a shared wrap-up with a debriefing. For two rounds, the duration is approximately 150 minutes at the upper end.
Which escape rooms are available for a team event in Berlin?
At our Berlin location, six different adventures await you: Prison Break, Bloody Awakening, The Puppeteer, Robot Paranoia, Last Human, and The Ghost Ship. This allows each team in a larger event to play its own scenario, providing plenty of conversation topics afterward.
Can we play the team event in Berlin in English?
Yes, you can play our escape rooms in Berlin in German or English; the briefings are also available in both languages. This makes the team event ideal for international teams, which are common in many Berlin companies and startups. Simply indicate which language your teams prefer when making your request.
Are food and drinks available at the team event?
Non-alcoholic drinks are available directly on-site, and upon request, as a pre-booked flat-rate drink package per person. We do not serve alcohol, and for safety reasons, no one is allowed in an escape room while intoxicated. We do not offer food ourselves. However, Prenzlauer Berg is one of Berlin’s best neighborhoods for this: around Kollwitzplatz and the Wasserturm, you will find numerous restaurants and bars where you can comfortably end your team event.
Is the Prenzlauer Berg location accessible?
No, unfortunately, our Berlin escape rooms are not accessible. In some rooms, there are also areas where crawling is required. Please feel free to mention any limitations team members may have when making your request. We will take this into account when selecting the room for your team event.
Does our team need prior escape room experience?
No, no experience is necessary for a team event with us. At the beginning, your Game Master will explain the rules, and during the game, they will accompany you via video and provide hints if you get stuck on a puzzle. The Puppeteer is particularly well-suited for teams playing for the first time.
Can the team event be customized for our company?
We do not customize the rooms themselves; each scenario is a fully staged adventure with fixed puzzles. However, you can individually arrange the group size, time, language, room selection, and drink package. Upon request, we can take a team photo at the end so that your team event remains a lasting memory.
Will we receive an invoice for our team event?
Yes. Before your team event in Berlin, you will receive a pro-forma invoice for payment; the final invoice follows after the appointment. It is best to provide your billing details directly with your request.
