How do we get to the venue for our corporate event in Berlin?
The venue for your corporate event is located at Prenzlauer Allee 23, 10405 Berlin, in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. From Alexanderplatz, it’s just three stops by tram, or about a 15-minute walk. This means colleagues from offices in Mitte, Friedrichshain, or Pankow can reach the corporate event with ease.
How many employees is a corporate event at Final Escape Berlin suitable for?
A corporate event with us works for 2 to 70 people, from a small project team to an entire department. In one round, up to 35 people can play in parallel across six escape rooms, split into groups of up to six people. For larger groups, we organize two rounds, and the waiting group spends the time in our lounge.
How does a corporate event in the escape room work and how long does it take?
A corporate event with one round of play takes around 90 minutes: after a welcome and a short briefing, each team plays for 60 minutes in the escape room, followed by a joint debrief with the game master. For two rounds, you should plan for about 150 minutes. We’ll work out the exact schedule and team assignments with you in advance.
What does an escape room as a corporate event do for our company?
In the escape room, each team can only reach the goal together: information must be shared, tasks divided, and solutions found under time pressure. This strengthens communication and collaboration, even between colleagues who have little to do with each other in everyday work. Since all teams play in parallel, a shared topic of conversation naturally emerges after the corporate event.
Which escape rooms can we play at our corporate event in Berlin?
For your corporate event in Berlin, six scenarios are available: Prison Break, Bloody Awakening, The Puppeteer, Robot Paranoia, Last Human, and The Ghost Ship. For larger groups, each team plays a different adventure, so the teams can compare their different experiences afterward.
Is a corporate event in English possible for international employees?
Yes, all briefings and escape rooms in Berlin are available in German and English. This makes the corporate event suitable for international teams too, which are common in Berlin’s business and start-up scene. Just let us know in your inquiry how many teams want to play in which language.
What about catering at the corporate event?
On site, you’ll get non-alcoholic drinks, and for your corporate event you can also arrange a drinks package per person in advance. We don’t serve alcohol, and for safety reasons, no one may play while under the influence. We don’t offer food, but for a team dinner afterward, you’ll find a wide range of restaurants in the neighborhood around Kollwitzplatz and Wasserturm.
Can all employees take part in the corporate event, even without escape room experience?
Yes, no prior experience is needed. The game master explains the rules before the start, monitors the game via video, and helps with hints if a team gets stuck. Please note: our rooms in Berlin are not wheelchair accessible, and in some, you may need to crawl at certain points. Let us know in your inquiry if anyone has limitations, and we’ll select suitable rooms.
Can the corporate event be tailored to our company?
The escape rooms themselves are fixed sets and are not customized for companies or brands. However, you can flexibly shape the framework of your corporate event: we’ll coordinate the number of participants, date, language, room selection, and drinks package with you individually. On request, we’ll capture the event with a team photo at the end.
How is the corporate event billed?
Before the corporate event, we’ll issue you a pro forma invoice, which is paid in advance. After the event, you’ll receive the final invoice. To make sure everything runs smoothly, it’s best to send us your company’s billing details along with your inquiry.
