Where does our Christmas party at the escape room in Berlin take place?
Your Christmas party takes place at Final Escape, Prenzlauer Allee 23, 10405 Berlin. The location is in Prenzlauer Berg, just three tram stops or about a 15-minute walk from Alexanderplatz. From here, you can quickly reach the restaurants and bars of the neighborhood after the game to round off your Christmas party together.
When should we book our Christmas party?
It’s best to request your Christmas party as early as autumn. During the Advent season, Thursday and Friday slots as well as evening time slots are especially in demand. Those who plan early get the widest choice of date and time and can invite all colleagues in good time.
How many people can take part in the Christmas party?
Your Christmas party at the escape room is possible with 2 to 70 people. Up to 35 people can play simultaneously across six rooms, each in teams of up to six people. For larger teams, we plan two rounds, and anyone not playing at the time can relax in our lounge.
How can we fit the Christmas party at the escape room into the evening?
With welcome, 60 minutes of gameplay, and a debrief, the escape room experience lasts about 90 minutes, or around 150 minutes for two rounds. Many teams therefore start their Christmas party with us in the late afternoon or early evening and then head off for dinner or a Christmas market in Prenzlauer Berg.
Which escape rooms are right for our Christmas party?
In Berlin, you can choose from six adventures: escape an old prison, explore an abandoned clinic, flee from the puppeteer, outsmart an artificial intelligence, search for the last human in the apocalypse, or unravel the secret of a ghost ship. At your Christmas party, each team plays its own scenario, giving you plenty to talk about over dinner afterward.
Can we also play the Christmas party in English?
Yes, all rooms and briefings are available in German and English. This means international colleagues can join your Christmas party without any language barrier. Just let us know in your request which teams prefer which language.
Is there mulled wine or food at the Christmas party?
We only offer non-alcoholic drinks, available on request as a pre-booked drinks package for all participants. We don’t serve mulled wine or other alcoholic beverages, and no one is allowed to enter an escape room under the influence of alcohol. Our tip: schedule the game at the start of your Christmas party and enjoy mulled wine and food afterward at a Christmas market or restaurant in Prenzlauer Berg.
Is the location for the Christmas party wheelchair accessible?
No, our escape rooms in Berlin are not wheelchair accessible, and in some rooms part of the path must be crawled. If any colleagues have physical limitations, please let us know in advance. We’ll then put together the room selection for your Christmas party accordingly.
Will the Christmas party also be fun for colleagues without escape room experience?
Absolutely, since no prior knowledge is needed. Before the game, there’s an easy-to-follow introduction, and the Game Master accompanies each team by video, offering hints if you get stuck. The Puppeteer room is especially well suited for beginners.
Will we receive an invoice for the Christmas party?
Yes, before your Christmas party you’ll receive a pro forma invoice for payment, and the final invoice follows after the event. It’s best to provide your billing details already when making your request, so the invoicing can be completed smoothly before year-end.
