Where does the school trip in Berlin take place and how do we get there?
The school trip takes place at Final Escape at Prenzlauer Allee 23, 10405 Berlin. It’s only three tram stops from Alexanderplatz, so Berlin classes can easily reach the excursion by public transport. For school trips to Berlin, the Escape Room can also be well combined with program points around Alexanderplatz, the TV Tower, or Museum Island.
What is the minimum age for an Escape Room school trip?
We recommend the school trip to Final Escape for ages 10 and up, which is roughly from 5th grade. Up to 12 years, an accompanying adult must be in the rooms. We will help you plan and select rooms that suit the age and composition of your class.
How many students can participate in the school trip?
Up to 35 students play simultaneously in our six Escape Rooms, divided into teams of up to six people. With double room occupancy, meaning two consecutive rounds, up to 70 students are possible. This way, several classes or an entire year group can come together.
How much does a school trip at Final Escape Berlin cost?
A school trip costs €19 per student and teacher. This makes the price significantly below the regular ticket price and can be easily budgeted into the class fund.
When can school classes book a school trip?
We offer school trips Monday to Friday until 1 PM. This means the trip fits into a regular school morning or a project day, without the afternoon having to be scheduled.
How long does the school trip last?
With check-in 15 minutes before the game starts, briefing, 60 minutes of playtime, and a joint conclusion, you should plan about 90 minutes. If the class plays in two rounds, the school trip takes about 150 minutes. We will coordinate the exact schedule with you in advance.
Who supervises the students during the school trip?
The supervisory duty remains with the accompanying teachers throughout the entire stay. In the Escape Room, our Game Masters observe each team via video and provide hints if needed. Teachers can play along themselves or supervise waiting groups in our lounge.
What do students learn on an Escape Room school trip?
In the Escape Room, the class only progresses if everyone works together. Students must share information, distribute tasks, combine logically, and make decisions together under time pressure. This promotes communication, initiative, and class cohesion, and even quieter students often have their moment where their idea solves the puzzle.
Can the school trip take place in English?
Yes, all briefings and Escape Rooms in Berlin are also available in English. This is suitable for international classes, bilingual schools, or as a playful addition to English lessons. Please specify the desired language when making your inquiry.
Is the school trip accessible for all students?
Our Berlin Escape Rooms are not barrier-free, and in some rooms, areas must be crawled through. If students with physical limitations participate, please contact us in advance. We will then plan the room distribution so that everyone can participate.
