Jakob, unser Game Master, hat das v\u00f6llig entspannt genommen und uns gar nicht erst das Gef\u00fchl gegeben, etwas falsch gemacht zu haben. Statt Stress gab es einen herzlichen Empfang. Und als sich herausstellte, dass nach uns keine weitere Gruppe gebucht war, durften wir die verlorene Zeit einfach noch dranh\u00e4ngen und den Raum in Ruhe zu Ende spielen. Das ist alles andere als selbstverst\u00e4ndlich und hat uns richtig gefreut. So f\u00fchlt sich guter Service an.&#010;&#010;Auch w\u00e4hrend des Spiels hat uns Jakob super begleitet. Er hatte genau das richtige Gesp\u00fcr daf\u00fcr, wann man uns knobeln l\u00e4sst und wann ein kleiner Hinweis hilft. Man f\u00fchlt sich gut betreut, ohne dass einem das R\u00e4tselerlebnis abgenommen wird. Dazu kam seine freundliche, humorvolle Art, die die Stimmung von Anfang bis Ende locker und angenehm gehalten hat.&#010;&#010;Die Zauberschule selbst hat uns viel Spa\u00df gemacht. Die Atmosph\u00e4re ist stimmig, man taucht schnell ein, und das Ganze macht als Gruppe richtig Laune. Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Nachmittag.&#010;&#010;Unser Fazit: Ein ganz herzliches Dankesch\u00f6n an Jakob und das gesamte Team von Final Escape. Ein pers\u00f6nlicher, freundlicher Erstkontakt, Flexibilit\u00e4t, wenn mal etwas dazwischenkommt, und ein Game Master, der sein Handwerk wirklich liebt.
