How do we get to the location for our corporate event in Erfurt?
Our location is in Forum 1 at Hirschlachufer 7, 99084 Erfurt, right in the old town between Krämerbrücke and Anger. It’s about a ten-minute walk from the main train station, and the Anger tram hub is just around the corner. That means colleagues coming from outside Erfurt can reach the corporate event without any detours.
How many employees is a corporate event at Final Escape Erfurt suitable for?
A corporate event with us works for 2 to 84 people. In one round, up to 42 people play in parallel across seven escape rooms, split into teams of up to six people each. For larger groups, we schedule two rounds, with the second group waiting in our lounge in the meantime.
How does a corporate event in the escape room work and how long does it take?
With a single round, your corporate event takes about 90 minutes. After a welcome and briefing, you’ll have 60 minutes to escape, followed by a debrief with the game master. For two rounds, you should plan for around 150 minutes. We’ll coordinate the schedule and team assignments with you in advance.
What does an escape room as a corporate event bring to our company?
In the escape room, every perspective counts. Anyone who holds back information or goes it alone won’t get far, while those who listen and delegate tasks wisely will. In just one hour, teams experience what good collaboration looks like and get to know their colleagues in a new light. Plenty of conversation topics for the weeks ahead are included.
Which escape rooms can we play for our corporate event in Erfurt?
In Erfurt, you can choose from seven scenarios: The Magic Lamp, Sherlock Holmes, Bank Job, The Magic School, Operation Bunker, The Puppeteer, and Bloody Awakening. For larger groups, each team plays its own adventure, from detective case to horror scenario, and comes away with its own unique story to tell.
Is a corporate event in English possible for international employees?
Yes, we offer all briefings and escape rooms in Erfurt in both German and English. This makes the corporate event suitable for international workforces, guests from partner companies, or teams from universities and research institutions. Just let us know in your inquiry how many teams will play in which language.
What about catering at the corporate event?
We offer non-alcoholic drinks on site, and for your corporate event you can also arrange a flat-rate drinks package per person. We don’t serve alcohol, and for safety reasons, no one may play under the influence. For dinner afterward, you’ll find a great selection of restaurants around Fischmarkt, Domplatz, and Krämerbrücke.
Can all employees take part in the corporate event, even without escape room experience?
Yes, no prior experience is needed. Before you start, the game master will explain everything important, and during the game, they’ll keep an eye on you via video and step in with hints if needed. Please note: our rooms in Erfurt are not wheelchair accessible, and some require climbing or crawling. Let us know about any limitations in advance so we can put together suitable rooms for you.
Can the corporate event be tailored to our company?
Our escape rooms are fully designed game worlds and aren’t customized for individual companies. However, you do have flexibility around the framework: we plan the number of participants, date, language, room selection, and drinks package individually with you. On request, we can also take a group team photo at the end.
How is the corporate event billed?
Before the corporate event, we’ll send you a pro forma invoice, which is paid in advance. You’ll receive the final invoice after the event. It’s best to send us your company’s billing details along with your inquiry, so everything runs smoothly.
