Where does our team event in Erfurt take place?
Your team event at Final Escape takes place in Forum 1 at Hirschlachufer 7, 99084 Erfurt, right in the Old Town between Krämerbrücke and Anger. From the main train station, you can reach us on foot in about ten minutes, and several tram lines stop directly at Anger. This makes it easy for teams from all over the city and the surrounding area to get to us.
How many people can participate in a team event in Erfurt?
In Erfurt, you can book a team event for 2 to 84 people. Up to 42 people play simultaneously in our seven Escape Rooms, each in groups of up to six people. For larger groups, you play in two rounds: one half solves puzzles while the other waits in our lounge with drinks, then you switch. We will determine the team division and schedule together in advance.
How long does a team event at Final Escape Erfurt last?
For your team event in Erfurt, you should plan a total of 90 minutes. This includes a welcome, briefing, 60 minutes in the Escape Room, and a joint debriefing. With two rounds, the event lasts approximately 150 minutes.
Which Escape Rooms are available for a team event in Erfurt?
In Erfurt, seven adventures await you: The Magic Lamp, Sherlock Holmes, Bank Job, The School of Magic, Operation Bunker, The Puppeteer, and Bloody Awakening. For a larger team event, each team plays its own scenario, from detective cases to horror adventures, providing plenty of conversation material afterward.
Can we play the team event in Erfurt in English?
Yes, all Escape Rooms in Erfurt can be played in German or English, and briefings are also available in both languages. This means international colleagues can easily participate. Please let us know which language your teams prefer when making your inquiry.
Are drinks and food available at the team event?
On-site, you will receive non-alcoholic beverages, optionally as a pre-booked beverage package per person. We do not serve alcohol, and for safety reasons, no one under the influence of alcohol is permitted to play. We do not offer food ourselves, but around Fischmarkt, Domplatz, and Krämerbrücke, you will find numerous restaurants where you can comfortably round off your team event.
Is the location in Erfurt's Old Town accessible?
No, our Escape Rooms in Erfurt are unfortunately not barrier-free. In some rooms, climbing or crawling is also required. Please inform us when making your inquiry if team members have any limitations, and we will select suitable rooms for your team event.
Does our team need prior experience with Escape Rooms?
No, no prior experience is needed. At the beginning, the Game Master will explain all the rules, and during the game, they will keep an eye on you via video and help with clues. For teams without Escape Room experience, The School of Magic, for example, is particularly well-suited.
Can the team event be customized for our company?
Our rooms are fully staged adventures with fixed puzzles and are not adapted. However, you can individually design the framework: we will coordinate group size, time, language, room selection, and beverage package with you. Upon request, a joint team photo can be taken at the end.
Do we receive an invoice for our team event?
Yes. Before your team event in Erfurt, you will receive a proforma invoice for payment, and after the event, you will receive the final invoice. It’s best to send us your billing details with your inquiry.
