Pick up your card
You'll receive your stamp card directly on site at the front desk of any location, with no registration required.

After every escape room you play, we stamp one of the 9 boxes. Simply bring your card before the game.

Frequently asked questions
How quickly can we get 9 stamps in Erfurt?
Seven different escape rooms await you in Erfurt. If you’ve played them all, you’ll only need two more stamps for a free mission. You can collect these during a visit to another Final Escape location.
Can I collect stamps outside of Erfurt?
Yes. The stamp card is valid at all Final Escape locations in Germany. Whether in Erfurt or another city: all stamps go on the same card.
Where do I get the stamp card?
You’ll receive it for free during your first game directly with us on-site in Erfurt. The card is valid indefinitely.
Does each person in the team get their own card?
Yes. Each person gets their own stamp card at their first game. For each escape room you play, the team gets one stamp, and you decide whose card it goes on.
Can I have stamps added later?
Yes. If you forgot your stamp, we’ll gladly add it later. Simply bring your booking details or booking confirmation with you.
Do I have to redeem the reward immediately?
No. The stamp card has several reward levels (see above), and you can redeem each of them during a later visit, as the card does not expire. Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Do events and special formats count too?
No. Stamps are only given for regular escape room games. Events and special formats do not count towards the stamp card.
What happens if I lose my card?
No problem. We will give you a new card and transfer your previous stamps based on your bookings.
