How do we get to the location for our corporate event in Bremen?
You’ll find us at Faulenstraße 12, 28195 Bremen, centrally located between the main train station and the Weser. From the main station it’s about a 15-minute walk, and the Am Brill tram stop is just a few steps away. This makes it easy for colleagues from the city center, Überseestadt, or the Viertel to get to the corporate event.
How many employees is a corporate event at Final Escape Bremen suitable for?
Corporate events with us are possible for 2 to 96 people. Per round, up to 48 people can play at the same time in our eight escape rooms, usually in teams of 2 to 6. Larger groups play in two rounds; the waiting group spends the time in our lounge.
How does a corporate event in the escape room work, and how long does it take?
For one round, plan around 90 minutes: welcome, a short briefing, 60 minutes of play time, and a joint debrief with the Game Master. With two rounds, it’s about 150 minutes. We’ll coordinate the schedule with you in advance.
What does an escape room corporate event bring to our company?
In an escape room, nobody wins alone. Clues have to be gathered together, ideas shared, and decisions made under time pressure. That’s exactly what strengthens collaboration—especially between departments that otherwise only know each other from emails. And because all teams play at the same time, you’re guaranteed to have a shared topic of conversation afterwards.
Which escape rooms can we play at our corporate event in Bremen?
In Bremen you can choose from eight scenarios: Pirate Treasure, Magical Creatures, Last Human, The Forgotten Temple, The Puppeteer, The Executioner, DaVinci Code, and Secret of the Monks. With larger groups, each team experiences a different adventure, so afterwards you can swap completely different stories.
Is a corporate event in English possible for international employees?
Yes, all briefings and escape rooms in Bremen can be played in German and English, with the exception of “Magical Creatures”. This also makes the corporate event attractive for international teams, for example from aerospace, logistics, or academia. When you enquire, just let us know how many teams would like to play in which language.
What about catering at the corporate event?
On site you’ll get soft drinks; if you like, we can arrange a drinks package in advance. We don’t serve alcohol, and for safety reasons nobody is allowed to play under the influence. We don’t offer food. For a shared meal afterwards, you’ll find plenty of restaurants at the Schlachte and in the Schnoor, just a few minutes away.
Can all employees take part in the corporate event, even without escape room experience?
Yes, no experience is needed. The Game Master explains all the rules before you start, follows the game via video, and helps with hints if a team gets stuck. Please note: Our rooms in Bremen are generally not wheelchair accessible, and some involve climbing or crawling. Let us know when you enquire if anyone has limitations, and we’ll choose suitable rooms.
Can the corporate event be tailored to our company?
The escape rooms themselves are permanently staged and can’t be adapted to companies or brands. But you can shape the overall setup exactly how you want: we’ll agree the number of participants, date, language, room selection, and drinks package together. To finish, we can capture your event with a team photo on request.
How is the corporate event billed?
Before your corporate event, you’ll receive a pro forma invoice, which is paid in advance. After the event, we’ll send you the final invoice. The easiest way is to send us your company’s billing details along with your enquiry.
